Guidelines and Rules

• The registration for participants is free.

• The participants are requested to submit their PowerPoint presentations with the maximum content of 12-15 slides.

• The participants should make their Title as Headlines.

• The title used by the participants must be related to the given topic.

• The content of the PPT should not be copied. Any plagiarism, if detected, will lead to disqualification.

• All the participants are requested to submit their PPT on or before 25th April 2021.

• Preliminary presentation of your PPT through a virtual meeting platform on 26th April 2021.

• The maximum presentation time allotted to each participant is 5 minutes.

• After submission of PPT, you will be intimated through e-mail for the next round, if selected.

• Ten finalists will be selected for the final presentation on 28th April 2021.

• Final presentation will be through a virtual meeting platform on 28th April 2021.

• Presentations are judged based on originality, creativity, oral presentation, knowledge of the content, clarity of artwork (charts, graphs, and slides), animations, and overall presentation.

• During the presentation, participants are given 10 minutes for their presentation followed by 3 minutes for questions from the judges. Judges will evaluate the oral presentation based on the in depth knowledge of the presentation.
